They came and cleaned A/C coils and checked out everything on the unit. Very pleased with service man and the job he did. Highly recommend.

Riverside has been my too go company ever since Hurricane Helene… very professional but personal and compassionate. Mr. Gavin and Mr. Craig came out and relocated the thermostat. I have a special needs daughter. I needed out of sight and mind. They worked hard and got it done. Kudos!!! Ally is the best customer service representative!!! I would recommend them highly!

Our upstairs air conditioner unit went out this past weekend, by Sunday it was 92 degrees. I called Riverside and a technician was here super fast! Unfortunately, we needed a whole new unit which we were able to schedule for the next day(today). They came early this morning and worked in this dangerous heat to get the new unit installed. They explained everything they were doing and I tried to keep them hydrated. They were all great and we will always use Riverside Heating and air! Thanks to Gavin, Owen, Craig, David Williams, Matt and I know I am leaving one out but they all worked so hard and fast to get it done and it is now a comfortable 74 upstairs. Thank you all!

My ac went out on Sunday morning I called the office and they had Michael call me back he came to my house and had my ac up and running in no time and at a great price I will definitely recommend them to everyone

We had a new HVAC unit installed today by Riverside. Our 22 year old unit started acting up this week. On a recommendation from friends we called Riverside. The same day we called, Mr. Bragg the owner, came out and we told him we wanted to have a new system installed. He determined what we needed and the installation was arranged for three days later. Matt came today to do the install. We have an older home that required him to remove the trim work surrounding the unit closet. He was extremely careful not to cause damage to the surrounding area. Very knowledgeable and professional. We are happy to have chosen Riverside for our new system.

Wonderful team! When my AC stopped working they returned my call within nine minutes and diagnosed the problem that very day! They rechecked my system the next day to ensure it was still working properly. These guys prioritize customers. Thank you!

Our AC went out in the midst of Georgia summer, and we were dreading the heat for our puppy. We called and were so relieved by how quickly they sent two technicians out. Not only were the guys professional and super knowledgeable, but they were also genuinely fun and friendly. They diagnosed the problem right away and had our AC fixed within a couple hours and a very reasonable price span. If you need fast, reliable, and friendly AC repair, this is the company to call!

After a vicious thunderstorm yesterday, I came downstairs Sunday morning and noticed our thermostat was dead as a nail, and the room warming. I tried resetting the breaker and pulling the thermostat off, to no avail. Riverside installed the a/c just last March, so I called and Mr. Justin Haynie arrived exactly on schedule. He quickly assessed the situation and had the a/c restored in 10 minutes. Just a really great guy, representing a really great company! Thanks, Riverside!

I want to thank Mr. Bragg and his two technicians Joe and John for their professionalism and excellent work they have provided for our family when our Hvac unit went out over the weekend and the quick response and service is top notch thank you again and we look forward to continuing to do business with your company again.

Our AC was intermittently shutting off, Gavin and Matt were extremely helpful in getting us up and running, and gave us info on how we can troubleshoot it ourselves in the future. Best AC guys in the area!

My 77 yr old mom recently had her AC go out at her house and I immediately called David B, owner, at Riverside Heating and Air. It was a Sunday but he had a technician at my mom's house in less that 2 hours. I was given multiple updates on the technicians evaluation of the failed unit. David let me know that unfortunately we would have to replace the 15+ year old unit and he provided me pricing by the end of the day. Three days later the technician, Matt Aufrey, was at my moms house installing the unit. He was incredibly polite, helpful and expedient and had the unit working by mid-afternoon. David and his team were incredibly helpful and responsive. The pricing was excellent and the installation quick and seamless. I may be slightly biased because I have known David for over 45 years but he is a truly honest and caring individual. Riverside has done excellent work for several people I know and I highly recommend their services.

David and his crew installed an air-conditioning/heating unit for me. They did an exceptional job. Very nice, friendly, and professional. Easy to work with.

Gavin came out after hours on a Friday evening. He and his coworker gave me a temporary solution to get through the weekend and not have a 90 degree temperature in my home. They ordered the necessary part and will install it ASAP. Thank you so much..
